The Perfect Breakfast #1 – Smoothie

Dear hungry biotas,

They say, the most important meal of a day is breakfast but what they don’t understand is that it is so damn hard to get ourselves up from our tiny blanket space. Although we drag ourselves to respect the morning hours, we still fail to wake up early and make ourselves some fine breakfast. Hey! but common, on the bright side, they also say that, “There has never been a sadness that can’t be cured by breakfast food” as food can entirely shape a person’s mood into somewhat jolly-ish person initially. Sorry, but I have no say on the coming hours that can turn you into a frowny angry fellow again (This freaking happens to me all the time). Jokes apart, without further ado, I will get ya biotas drool throughout the whole blog (Sorry again, I can’t help myself from cracking lame jokes).






First half:

  • 1 ripe mango freshly chopped into slices
  • 1/2 medium sized banana
  • 1/2 cup organic orange juice


Gather the required ingredients and pour it into a blender until it is smooth enough. Save the mixture for later. [Don’t drink it up already! I secretly love to (bad habit…I know, I know) but save the magic for later ya impatient biotas]




Second half:

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate
  • 1/2 remaining medium sized banana
  • 2 kiwis freshly chopped into slices
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Gather up the required ingredients like you did earlier and blend it up (Don’t add up your work by cleaning it again, it won’t make a difference). Follow the wise advice of mine by not drinking it already (This one’s not a joke, I swear) and save the magic for later.





Pour the second mixture into your favourite jar (Will look the cutest in a mason jar) following the first mixture on top (This will create a lush texture of mint green with a hint of mango yellow). See, how hard was it? (P.S. this is coming from a very very very lazy person). Just have the right ingredients before hand and you are good to go! ( Sly hack- If you are still not changing your mind to wake up early for this lush island inspired smoothie then make it before you sleep and here we go, an energetic drink awaiting you in the freezer, first thing in the morning)
